WEDDING CAKE

Have you made the supplier(s) aware that: Arrival on site is from the start of your contract time (or 8 am if you add an early check-in suite). There are no facilities on site to chill cakes, so cakes should be delivered close to the ceremony time.

ENTERTAINMENT


For both your day and evening entertainment, please ensure that your supplier(s) are aware of:

  • Arrival Time: For daytime entertainment, this is from midday ( or from 10 a.m. for Deluxe weddings). For evening entertainment, this is from 6 pm.

  • Noise Limits: The maximum allowable sound level within the main venue is 90 dB and 110 dB in the Party Barn.

  • Prohibited Instruments (Main Venue): Percussion instruments are not permitted under any circumstances to protect the fragile internal structure.

  • Music in Dining Areas: Light background music and public‑address (PA) systems are allowed. Performers must be instructed not to encourage guests to clap, stamp, or make excessive noise, as this could damage the interior. Gentle actions such as waving napkins are acceptable.

  • Gardens/Grounds (until 9 p.m.): There are no restrictions on sound level or instrument type. However, please confirm a wet‑weather contingency, as some outdoor acts cannot be moved indoors if it rains.
